Please note that you do not have to be a club member to host an event at Sky Meadow Country Club.
Deposits
In order to secure the preferred date for your function, a $1,500.00 deposit AND signed contract are required. An additional deposit of 50% based on your estimate will be due six (6) months prior to your function. All functions must be prepaid seven (7) days prior to the event. These deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. (Deposits shall be calculated on the total revenue including tax and service charges.)
Menu Selections
Final menu selections are required no later than thirty days prior to your function, although we suggest menu planning for weddings should be started six months prior. Prices and Items are subject to change. Holiday event pricing available upon request.
Tax & Service Charges
All beverage and menu items are subject to an 9% New Hampshire Meals Tax and an 19% Service Charge.
Guarantees
Sky Meadow Country Club requires aguaranteed attendance number seven (7) days prior to your function. If the final guarantee is not received by the specified deadline, the initial expected attendance figure will be considered the guarantee. The final guarantee is not subject to reduction.
Payments
Payment must be made in the form of cash, check or certified bank check.

Other Charges
(if applicable) Premium surcharge of $1250 for Saturday evening events (May through October). $625 Wedding Ceremony fee. Portable bar fees may apply.
Overtime Booking
This reservation is for a five (5) hour period. Should your function exceed the five (5) hour limit, a charge of $500 per hour will be applied. A maximum of six (6) hours will be allowed. Should a function follow yours, no additional overtime will be allowed. All evening groups must leave by midnight.
Food and Beverage
Sky Meadow Country Club will not allow it’s patrons or their guests to bring in food or beverages of any kind. Sky Meadow Country Club reserves the right to confiscate such food and beverage. Proper ID is required for alcohol service to those patrons (including the Wedding party) appearing 30 years of age or younger. Sky Meadow reserves the right to refuse alcoholic service to anyone at anytime. Please inform your guests to avoid an uncomfortable situation. (No alcoholic Nips or Bottles will be allowed as party favors or centerpieces).
